Protect Your Investment with Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your non-refundable payments. The resort will not issue refunds for cancellations due to flight delays, illness, or other unexpected events.
The Cash Refund Travel Insurance is your only option for receiving a refund if you need to cancel. It covers all payments made toward your trip, minus the cost of the insurance and your deposit.
The cost will be clearly shown during the booking process, and you have 7 days from your deposit date to add insurance. The premium is due at the time of booking. Available to U.S. residents only (excluding Puerto Rico).

Booking your room is simple! Just follow these steps carefully to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you have questions or need help, just reach out to Journeys — we’re here to help make your destination wedding travel stress-free!
1. Choose Your Travel Details
Decide on your travel dates and how many people will be in each room. If you need more than one room, you’ll need to complete a separate booking for each room. Pricing with group rates will be provided during the booking process before you confirm your reservation.
2. Pick Your Room Type
Select the room category you want to reserve at the hotel.
3. Add Airport Transfers
Transfers included in your reservation are available only from the designated airport. If you choose to arrive at a different airport, additional charges will apply for your transfers. If you choose not to add transfers, you’ll be fully responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the airport at your destination. Prefer a more private experience? You can choose private transfers, which are reserved exclusively for the guests in your room.
4. Select Travel Protection
You’ll be given the option to include travel protection. Choose the one that fits your needs best.
5. Enter Traveler Information
Provide the required details for each guest traveling. Enter each person’s name and birthdate as it appears (or will appear) on their passport.
6. Make Special Requests
In the Special Service Requests section, let us know your preferred bedding setup (king bed or two beds). Please note that while we pass along your request to the resort, bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check-in.
7. Choose a Payment Option
You can choose to pay in full at the time of booking, or pay a deposit now and pay the balance later. Select the option that works best for you. Guests sharing a room have the option of paying separately.
8. Check Your Email
Once your reservation is confirmed, Journeys will send you an invoice with all your booking details and balance due. All communication will come via email, so please check your inbox regularly and watch for updates.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, so we recommend only including travelers you are certain will be joining the trip. In many cases, you can add additional guests later depending on the room’s occupancy limits. If someone is added, the total room rate will be updated to reflect the new per-person pricing, when applicable.
