Locking In Your Wedding or Honeymoon Date
Next, we’ll lock in your wedding and/or Honeymoon date with the resort and navigate all contract negotiations for you including room blocks and all the finer details. This is the part of the process where some big decisions are made, but, we’ll be right there with you providing up to date insight and expertise for the resort and destination you choose.

Next, we’ll lock in your wedding and/or Honeymoon date with the resort and navigate all contract negotiations for you including room blocks and all the finer details. This is the part of the process where some big decisions are made, but, we’ll be right there with you providing up to date insight and expertise for the resort and destination you choose.
The Booking Phase
At this part of the planning process you will be assigned a dedicated Groups Reservations Specialist. He/she will be responsible for booking your room first and then the accommodations for your guests–that’s right, we do all this work for you! This also includes handling all payments and providing a final itinerary to you and your guests for the celebration.
24/7 Support
Journeys will send pre-arrival information to all of your guests and wedding party to ensure everyone has what they need for the trip. Once you arrive for your big day you will work and coordinate with our excellent onsite contacts that will make sure the event goes off without a hitch. We are to support you or answer questions 24/7 through our customer care lines in case of emergency during travel. You can expect to work directly with your travel advisor via phone or email! Just don’t forget the rings!
