Madelynn Pierce is the best travel agent! She was on the ball and kept us informed. We booked with her for a Beaches Resort wedding for our daughter. It all turned out beautifully! I was so glad we had her as an agent when an issue arose (resort closed down unexpectedly). Madelynn was on top of it right away and got everything settled and it ended up being a better deal than before! I had complete confidence in her ability and knowledge as a travel agent!
Nina Beswick from Journeys was great! She took all the hassle and bother out of arranging a multi-city vacation. Flights were all excellent and the hotels were as requested. We communicated several times throughout the few months for pre-arrangements and everything went seamlessly except for when I didn't adhere to her suggestions and went on my own free will, i.e., taxi instead of train. Erin was amazing to work with when planning our last cruise. She helped find the best rooms and then all details were fully communicated and followed up on to ensure we didn't miss anything! My wife and I recently returned from an incredible trip to Northern Italy which was arranged by Anna Swenson of Journey's Inc. Everything, down to the smallest detail, was absolutely perfect--from our flights to and from Italy, to our hotel in Olgiate Olona, to our rental car. Further, we both truly appreciated Anna's willingness to answer our many questions and for her ability to share truly helpful information and tips regarding our trip, We can not possibly say enough good things about Anna and her team. This was our second trip using their services and, frankly it won't be our last. If you are looking for a reliable, professional and completely competent travel agency, I assure you that you won't find better. We are already looking forward to our trip next year and in the years to come!

Just got back from a European trip that Anna Swenson from Journeys planned for my family. She did a great job with hotels, connections and tours. Every hotel was in a great spot. This is the second time I have used Anna for a European trip, and she does a great job. She takes all the stress out of travel. She has also done some great Disney trips for us.

Journeys helped make planning a destination wedding so much less stressful! I worked with Kim Goldstein & Kirstin Mills and our guests raved about how easy the process was. They were both very responsive and on top of things. They helped get us perks at the resort that we got married at (Unico 2087 in Mexico- highly recommend!!), and made the reservation process very easy. My husband and I contacted Journeys, chosenly randomly through a Google search, and became acquainted with Nina Beswick. She is our first travel agent and made us comfortable with the big task of planning a trip to Paris. She helped us choose lodging, arranged airport transportation, and arranged tours of Normandy, Versailles, the Eiffel Tower, and the Lourve. Traditionally I always did research and book vacations on my own. But with the pandemic, I decided to use a travel agent for the first time. Anna Swenson with Journeys came highly recommended and she lived up to her reputation. She book an all inclusive trip to Jamaica with some excursions for our family of 5. She kept in touch for the duration of the trip and when the excursion company unexpectedly cancelled one of our excursions, Anna contacted me and booked another one for the same day. She provided guidance and recommendations throughout the process. Moving forward, I plan on using Anna and highly recommend her.
Generally the trip went well. Issues with Munich airport on a short haul flight and 3 hours for luggae and car rental. Go by train next time. I would not fly Air Farnce again. Seats were bad and they are disorganized at the gate and on the plane. Nice staff but poorly managed. Hotels were great. Thanks

We booked a trip to Hawaii with Journey Inc and worked with Krissy Carroll who was our workflow coordinator for the trip . She was great and handle everything so we had a stress free vacation ! We had told her that my in-laws had stayed at the Outrigger 50 years ago and she found the hotel and we stayed there and the hotel was beautiful ! Also she recommended a car for the island and I wasn't sure we needed one but once we got there I was glad we got it because it gave us more independence to do stuff and see more attractions. Anna Seward helped me and my extended family with a Royal Caribbean cruise on the Harmony of the Seas.She was so nice to work with, and helped with different catagories of cabins and perks, and changes along the way,I have used Journeys for years for our many cruises on Silversea Disney Royal they are great .Call anna for your next trip!!
The Globus trip to some of the western states was excellent. Highlights included visits to Mt. Rushmore, the Crazy Horse Monument, Deadwood, the Battle of Big Horn, Yellowstone, and Jackson, WY. The assistance received from Journeys Inc. was professional, timely, and done with a personal touch. Definitely would use Journeys, as well as Globus, again.

The first time we ever worked with a travel agency was with Journeys for our honeymoon to northern Italy in May 2024. They made it SO easy! Even though we reached out sort of last minute, Kirstin still organized a wonderful trip with beautiful accommodations and fun excursions. She worked with partners & vendors operating locally to give us the best options at various price points, and she was very receptive to all of our selections & feedback. We had an unforgettable trip. It may have been our first time working with a travel agency, but it certainly won't be the last time we work with Kirstin or Journeys!

My experience at Hotel XCaret Arte was wonderful. The all-inclusive hotel is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a beautiful and active vacation with everything included so that I could spend 100% of my time enjoying the experience, not scheduling or planning. The customer service was an important feature - helpful, organized and there was always access to amenities. I would note that there are so many activity option, I found it a little tricky to navigate, but my booking agent Kirstin Mills handled it and a hotel agent provided additional info and answers. In fact, I found this hotel through my AMAZING booking agent Kirstin Mills at Journeys Inc. booking agency. She made the process of finding and planning the perfect trip easy. She listened to what I was looking for, provided options & information and made sure all my questions were answered! She was a joy to work with and always thinking a few steps ahead. She offered useful tips based on her own experience traveling in the region. I knew I was in good hands.
Just returned from a vacation booked by Anna Swenson with Journey’s Inc. travel. Planning this trip could not have been easier and everything went perfectly. Not only did Anna get us the room we wanted at the hotel we wanted (not available booking online but she got it!), flight and car rental at a great price (also not available online), but her communication throughout the process was amazing. We made changes in the planning along the way and without question or complaint, she quickly made it happen. We will definitely be using Anna to book our travel again and again and you should too!

Anna Swenson of Journeys Travel is our agent. Anna did a wonderful job booking the perfect hotel in Seattle, car service and Cruise to Alaska. We stayed at Hyatt Regency in Seattle before and after our cruise. It was a very nice and accommodating hotel for our needs. The cruise was better than expected. We loved our room and balcony. The food and service were excellent. The Norwegian Encore staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Anna because she responds to any questions or concerns very quickly and with a great attitude and friendliness.
